Forest Yoga – Movement Under the Trees

Forest Yoga is a gentle journey into the heart of the forest.

We follow small trails and soft reindeer paths, surrounded by pure northern air and quiet landscapes. Along the way, we pause for simple yoga movements — designed for every body.

This is a natural flow of:

  • mindful movement

  • grounding

  • slow breathing

  • silent walking

No previous yoga experience is needed.
Everything is adapted to your comfort.

This is yoga in its most natural form —
guided by birdsong, fresh air, and the rhythm of the forest.

Treebreathing® – Breathe with the forest

Treebreathing® is a unique Finnish wellbeing method combinig:

  • conscious breathing

  • the natural healing energy of trees

  • elements of Finnish folk healing traditions

This all-natural practice helps you reset from the inside out.
By breathing with the trees, you create a deep sense of calm, grounding, and self-connection. Many guests describe it as “surprisingly powerful,” yet wonderfully simple.
