Forest Yoga – Movement Under the Trees
Forest Yoga is a gentle journey into the heart of the forest.
We follow small trails and soft reindeer paths, surrounded by pure northern air and quiet landscapes. Along the way, we pause for simple yoga movements — designed for every body.
This is a natural flow of:

No previous yoga experience is needed.
Everything is adapted to your comfort.
