This Forest Yoga & Nature Walk is a gentle, guided experience that takes place in ever-changing landscapes — from quiet forests to open fells. Each day offers something slightly different, but the feeling remains the same: calm, presence, and connection.

🌲 A relaxing journey into nature

This experience combines a slow walk with moments of stillness, movement, and breath.

We walk through peaceful natural surroundings — under trees, alongside rocks, sometimes even up to open viewpoints. The route and rhythm depend on the day, the season, and the group.

There is no rush.
Just time to arrive.

🧘 Forest yoga & mindful movement

Along the way, we pause whenever it feels right.

The forest becomes our space for gentle forest yoga — simple, body-opening movements and stretches that help release tension and bring balance.

We combine:

  • Light yoga poses (asanas)

  • Breathing exercises

  • Relaxation techniques

  • Short meditation moments

Trees, rocks, and the natural environment become part of the practice.

No previous experience is needed — everything is guided in a soft and accessible way.

🌿 Deeper connection with nature

During the walk, we also explore nature immersion techniques.

Through mindful presence and forest breathing, you’ll begin to experience the forest in a deeper way — not just seeing it, but truly feeling it.
