This Forest Yoga Hike combines an easy, guided hike with calming yoga moments in the heart of Oulanka’s wild forests. Surrounded by rivers, pine trees, and fresh northern air, you’ll experience nature not just by walking — but by feeling it.

🌲 Walk through living nature

Starting from the visitor centre, we follow marked trails and quiet reindeer paths deeper into the forest.

Along the way, your guide shares stories about the area — its nature, wildlife, and unique northern ecosystem. The landscapes vary from peaceful forest paths to open views and flowing waters, creating a rich and ever-changing experience.

We practice gentle forest yoga — simple, relaxing movements that open the body and calm the mind. Trees and rocks act as natural supports in the poses.

During the hike, we visit the stunning Kiutaköngäs — the most powerfull waterfall in Oulanka.

Here, the energy of flowing water meets the stillness of the forest. It’s a place to pause, breathe, and simply take in the moment.
