BOOKING
Private tours
A private tour is an itinerary run exclusively for you and your family or friends. On a private trip, everybody you travel with will be somebody you know. Private tours are more flexible when it comes to your group size, departure times, and what your trip includes. We are happy to customize our excursions to make your holiday perfect.
Solo travellers
From "Rate" choose "Solo traveler". The price is higher, but the departure is guaranteed. Of course, you can ask us if there are groups you can join. If you find a company to join your "solo traveller departure", your price drops and you get a refund.
Small groups
Some of our tours are for small groups, size 2-12 persons. They are a great way to meet new people and enjoy nature with like-minded travellers. Note that the group size sometimes has a minimum number of people.
TRANSFERS
Some of our tours don't include transfers. You can get to the starting point with ski bus or even gondola lift. https://www.ruka.fi/en/travelling-to-kuusamo/getting-around. We are happy to help you with transferss, so just ask.
FOOD AND DRINKS
Most of our tours include snacks, trail meals, or drinks. We use local ingredients and you can enjoy the same kind of campfire food as we locals have with our friends and family.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MyTrail is the supplier of provided experiences. Following terms apply to all reservations. Client accepts these terms when paying the reservation. Supplier and reseller reserve the right to alternations. Client booking the experience needs to be at least 18 years old.
Prices: All experiences include VAT 10%. MyTrail reserves the right to change content, duration or schedule of the program without advance notification if necessary due to weather or snow conditions or for the sake of safety and the comfort of the participants.
Bookings: Bookings will be confirmed by email after payment/reservation. Payment can be done with Visa or Master Card. Payment methods on the spot by cash or card.
Payment by credit card: Payments are implemented by a payment service provider Stripe Inc in co-operation with credit institutions. Client credit card details are not delivered or saved in booking system.
Cancellations: Booking is confirmed after payment is received. A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged if you cancel the program booking 14 days before the start date. If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, there is a 50% cancellation fee. In case of cancellation less than 3 days before the booked event, the cancellation fee is 100%. In case of sudden sickness or accident, you can cancel the booking and get a refund. Please notify MyTrail by email piritta@mytrail.fi about cancellations and changes.
Client information: Client contact details (name, phone number, email) are saved in booking system (bokun.io) and delivered to supplier, who may contact the client before or after the experience regarding the implementation of the experience. Credit card details are not delivered or saved
Others: Please inform us about special diets 3 days before the start of the program. MyTrail has valid liability insurance. Personal travel insurance is always highly recommended.
Yoga classes
Our yoga classes are suitable for anyone with normal basic condition. If you are pregnant or have acute injuries, please inform the yoga instructor before the class begins.
You can cancel the yoga classes at no cost 3 hours before class. We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 3 hours or less before event. Please email piritta@munpolku.fi or cancel +358 505606633 so we can give your place to someone else.
