This Forest Yoga Hike combines a gentle hike with calming yoga moments in the heart of Riisitunturi’s iconic scenery. Surrounded by ancient forests and open fell-top views, you’ll experience nature not just by walking through it — but by truly feeling it.

🌲 A journey through Arctic nature

Our trail leads through an old forest filled with stories, history, and life. Along the way, your guide introduces you to the unique features of Arctic nature — its plants, animals, and quiet rhythms.

We walk at a relaxed pace, allowing time to stop, notice, and connect.

🧘 Forest yoga along the way

Whenever the moment feels right, we pause.

Backpacks come off.
The forest becomes our studio.

We practice gentle forest yoga — simple, body-opening movements and stretches that suit everyone. Most exercises are done standing, using trees and rocks for support.

No previous yoga experience is needed.
Just breathe, move, and be present.

🌄 The silent peak experience

At the top, the landscape opens wide.

The silence stretches as far as the eye can see.

Here, we slow down even more — sitting quietly, doing a short breathing exercise, and simply taking in the vast, peaceful surroundings.

This is often the moment guests remember the most.

🔥 Campfire & local flavours

Along the way, we have a cozy campfire break.

With a bit of luck, curious Siberian jay may come to greet us as we prepare something special:
freshly made nettle pancakes, enjoyed with warm wild berry juice.
