Your Silent Walk Experience
We begin by slowing down — both physically and mentally. Your guide welcomes you to the forest and introduces the idea of gentle silence. We begin slowly, without hurry, allowing the mind and body to arrive in nature, choosing a route that fits your wishes and the conditions of the day.
Along the way, we explore the forest through all senses. We may stop to feel the moss under our feet, listen to the wind in the trees, notice the smallest wonders living under branches, and discover beautiful seasonal plants.
There is no need to perform, achieve, or walk fast. This experience is about being present — softly, quietly, and naturally.
Depending on the season, we also taste and enjoy natural flavours — a small but meaningful moment that connects you to the land.
