TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MyTrail is the supplier of provided experiences. Following terms apply to all reservations. Client accepts these terms when paying the reservation. Supplier and reseller reserve the right to alternations. Client booking the experience needs to be at least 18 years old.
Prices: All experiences include VAT 10%. MyTrail reserves the right to change content, duration or schedule of the program without advance notification if necessary due to weather or snow conditions or for the sake of safety and the comfort of the participants.
Bookings: Bookings will be confirmed by email after payment/reservation. Payment can be done with Visa or Master Card. Payment methods on the spot by cash or card.
Payment by credit card: Payments are implemented by a payment service provider Stripe Inc in co-operation with credit institutions. Client credit card details are not delivered or saved in booking system.
Cancellations: Cancellation fee is 50% if cancelled 7 days or less before booked event. Cancellation fee is 100% if cancelled 1 days or less before booked event. Cancellations and changes should be notified MyTrail by email email@example.com
Client information: Client contact details (name, phone number, email) are saved in booking system (bokun.io) and delivered to supplier, who may contact the client before or after the experience regarding the implementation of the experience. Credit card details are not delivered or saved
Others: Please inform us about special diets 3 days before the start of the program. MyTrail has valid liability insurance. Personal travel insurance is always highly recommended.
